Pet Treats: Healthy & Clean Chicken Jerky Pet Treats: Healthy & Clean Chicken Jerky Organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Slice chicken very thin with the grain to make the treat chewier. (Try freezing the chicken a little to make it easier to slice) Blot the chicken dry with paper towels. Arrange the pieces on parchment, without over lapping. Bake for 2 hours or till chicken is hard and dry to the touch. Allow to cool and break into bite size pieces. Store in a air tight container.
